Todd Syvain is a career HR professional with four decades of experience. He spent over 20 years as a manager and senior HR executive in the aeronautical, manufacturing, and defense contracting industries.
He studied business, human resources, training and development, and human behavior at UCSD, JU, UF, NCU, and Webster University and also obtained the highest possible HR certifications. He previously taught as an adjunct professor for over 15 years at numerous colleges and universities, including: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida State College, Southern Illinois University, DeVry University, and others. He instructed students in HR, leadership, and employment/business law at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Todd has now written and taught well over 2,000 corporate seminars/webinars for countless companies, and he regularly creates seminar guides and delivers live/online training for the world’s largest seminar/training companies.
His delivery method is straight forward and tailored to help companies not only learn the numerous employment laws and processes, but also focused to assist companies in asset protection and geared to prepare supervisors for today’s complex employee challenges.
